30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to your first order per household.

To be eligible, your order must meet the following conditions:

• It must be your first purchase of In Flow
• You must request your refund within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds apply to one unit per order only

If you’re unsure whether In Flow is right for you, we recommend starting with one jar. That’s all you need to give it a proper try and see how your body responds.

If you’re eligible and not seeing the results you hoped for, simply email us within the 30-day window at hello@stateofsi.com. 

How to Request a Refund

Email our team at hello@stateofsi.com with your order number and we’ll let you know exactly what to do next.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. If you paid for shipping, that cost is not refundable.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction on their end.

Do I Need to Return the Product?

Yes. To receive a refund under the guarantee, the product must be returned to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’ll provide clear instructions on where to send it.

Standard Returns (Unopened Items)

If you change your mind, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note:
• Opened or used products cannot be returned outside of the Money Back Guarantee
• Return shipping costs are not covered
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@stateofsi.com.
